Return your mail order item and write to us at subs@kelsey.co.uk within 7 working days of delivery to cancel your order, and your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund.
At Kelsey Media they want to provide you with the best possible customer service. They hope you are delighted with your mail-order items. However: If your mail-order item is faulty, damaged or misdescribed, return it to them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Subscriptions with a free gift are non-refundable with the first term. Other subscriptions, unless otherwise stated on the offer page, can be cancelled at any time during the first 6 months of the first term and a refund for un-mailed issues will be made to the payer. Please note they send their mailing data securely to their printers in advance of the retail on-sale date and therefore they can only refund issues where data has not already been processed. Generally, this is 10 days prior to the retail on-sale date.
