Swatches take 7-10 business days from date of shipment for delivery! No tracking number is included as it is shipped standard mail through the post office.

Kennedy Blue email your tracking number to the email provided on the date your gown gets sent to you.

Once an order is placed, Kennedy Blue is unable to make changes with our manufacturer. If you have not received your order and a change is necessary you will need to fill out a cancellation form. For details on cancellations, please see their cancellation policy.

Kennedy Blue accepts complimentary cancellation with a full refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the order being placed. If outside the 24-hour window, Kennedy Blue offers an 80% refund on all cancellations! To process a cancellation fill out their cancellation form.

Unlike most companies, Kennedy Blue offers an exchange program on your bridesmaid dress! Exchanges are eligible for a full refund as long as the dress is in its original condition and a second dress has been purchased. Kennedy Blue dresses are made-to-order so the estimated ship time for a new dress will be up to 12 weeks. Kennedy Blue does not provide a return shipping label. To process an exchange, please fill out our exchange form. Kennedy Blue will then be in touch with further instructions. In-Stock dresses are not eligible for an exchange.

Kennedy Blue process returns for an 80% refund within 14 days of you receiving your gown as long as your event date has not passed! All you have to do is fill out their Return Form and Kennedy Blue will provide you with the shipping address and answer any additional questions you may have.
