Microwaves can cause local hot spots within the breastmilk; if the overall temperature of the milk feels safe, small pockets within the volume may have been temporarily heated well above 60 °C.

An Order Confirmation Number will be sent to you via email with every order placed from the Kiinde.com store. An additional email will be sent to you with your tracking number when your order ships.

Twist and Foodii pouches will not expire. It is recommended to store Twist and Foodii pouches in a cool, dry location.

Tighten the caps on Twist firmly, the same way you would tighten a water bottle, but do not overtighten, as applying excessive torque can cause the plastic to distort, which can cause leaking.

They want you to love your Kiinde products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact them. They will provide refunds for items purchased only from the Kiinde.com website within 30 days of the purchase date. If you did not purchase your Kiinde items directly from their website, then you are subject to the return policy of the store from which you purchased the products.

To return an item purchased from the Kiinde.com website, please email them with the Order Confirmation Number and they will provide you with a Return Authorization Code. Please note, they do not provide return shipping.

Upon receipt of the returned item, Kiinde will issue a refund of the purchase price paid to the credit card or PayPal account used in the original transaction.
