Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Kyte:
They accept all major credit and debit cards. If using a debit card, the standard deposit during your booking will be $500.
Currently, Kyte operates in nine U.S. cities, including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, D.C.
That said, Kyte does require you to have liability coverage, which no credit card provides, so unless you have a non-owner policy you will need to purchase their coverage at around $14 per day. All Kyte rentals come with 300 miles per day.
As a “Surfer” you are responsible for delivering and picking up rental cars (“Kytes”) from different locations in Boston.
Kyte charges a refundable deposit fee 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. You have to pay $300 if you book with a credit card and $500 if you use your debit card. You get your deposit back at the conclusion of your trip
