LANEIGE's hero offer is a 15% off code that applies to your entire purchase, making it a strong starting point for any skincare shopping. The brand also runs sales on selected products and offers free gifts at various spending thresholds, so your best choice depends on what you are buying and how much you spend.
On a smaller order under $60, the 15% off code is your simplest option. On a $40 order, for example, the code takes your total from $40 to $34, a saving of $6. This beats the flat gift offers since they have higher minimum spends.
If you are buying selected products on sale, compare the final price after the sale discount to what the 15% off code would cost. Some items marked down by up to 31% may leave you spending less than with the code alone, even though the code applies to everything. Work out both routes on your specific products to see which total is lower.
On a $60 to $79 order, you can either use the 15% off code for a straightforward saving, or spend just over $60 to claim the free cleansing duo. The code on a $60 order saves $9 before reaching the gift threshold, so you would need the free duo to be worth at least that much to justify the higher spend. If you were planning to buy $65 worth anyway, the free cleansing duo begins to look appealing; if you were aiming for exactly $60, the code is the simpler choice.
On an $80 or above order, you have more options. The 15% off code still works: on an $80 order it saves $12. You can also choose between the free sleep mask set and custom blanket, or the free pool party gift. Since both require the same $80 minimum, pick whichever gift appeals to you more, or use the code if the gifts do not justify the larger basket. All LANEIGE orders also come with a free sample.
Combining offers: The terms state one discount code per order, so you cannot layer the 15% off code on top of a sale price or use it alongside another code. The free gifts and free sample apply to orders that meet their thresholds regardless of which payment path you take, so if you choose to spend at a gift threshold rather than use the code, the free items arrive with your order.
The choice between offers always comes down to the same calculation: take whichever option leaves you spending less money on the items in your basket.

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address the customer provided during checkout. *During peak holiday times, please allow an extra business day for tracking information to be transmitted and shipment to be made.
Please update your address on the UPS website as soon as possible. If your package returns to them due to an incorrect address, the will notify you to discuss next steps.
They are able to accept merchandise purchased from their website at us.laneige.com within 60 days of purchase. If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original their apologies. They are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item to your original method of payment. If your LANEIGE products were purchased from a third-party retailer, they respectfully request that they be returned to the point of sale.
Please note: LANEIGE offers complimentary standard shipping with orders of $50 and above. Thus, they are unable to refund return shipping fees.
