Returns and cancellations
Customers may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Laura Ashley will only accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise. No refunds or exchanges on cosmetics, toiletries, face masks, undergarments, cut fabric, swatches, or opened wallpaper. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Return instructions

• When customers are making a return request, please complete the Return Form.
• Customer Service must be contacted within 30 days of receipt of the delivery, in order to request a refund.
• A return label will be supplied with the purchase unless the item is marked Final Sale or shipped by one of Laura Ashley’s manufacturers. If the order includes a return FedEx shipping label, contact Customer Service at customerservice@lauraashleyusa.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) code.
• If a return label is not included in the package, contact Customer Service at customerservice@lauraashleyusa.com to request a return FedEx shipping label along with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) code. Once the request is processed, customers will receive their label via email.
• Returns must be accompanied by an RMA code.
• Customers should please send the merchandise back to Laura Ashley with proof of purchase (order invoice/receipt), unused, with the RMA code and in the product’s original packaging within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Products not returned in the condition in which they were received and in suitable packaging will be returned back to the sender at the sender’s cost.
• Customers must deliver the returned package to FedEx or a FedEx drop off location. Laura Ashley is not responsible for arranging products to be picked up and returned for processing.
• Laura Ashley will process the return within 7 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on the statement. After the return is accepted, Laura Ashley will notify the customers by email and refund them to the original form of payment less shipping cost. Customers will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items. Products that are sent to Laura Ashley for return will remain the customer’s responsibility until Laura Ashley receives them.
• For hygiene reasons, sleeping pillows, duvet inserts and mattress pads cannot be returned, once the packaging has been opened; unless confirmed as defective. Duvets, bedding, bed sheets, and blankets can only be returned new and unused; and in the original packaging; unless determined as defective.
• Fabric cannot be returned or cancelled, unless confirmed as defective by Laura Ashley.
• Cosmetics, toiletries, face masks, undergarments, cut fabric, swatches, or opened wallpaper cannot be returned unless confirmed defective.

Cancellation instructions

• When requesting a cancellation, customers should please immediately contact Customer Service by email at customerservice@lauraashleyusa.com or at their toll-free number 1-855-396-6100 for processing. The customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm EST.
• In order for a cancellation to be processed, customers must request the transaction be cancelled before the order is transmitted to the fulfilment department. Once an order is shipped, customers will have to request a return. Please see the Return Instructions above.
