After you place an order: If you notice a mistake, contact them immediately. They’ll instruct you on the next steps. When you receive a package: Check the sides of the lens boxes (for your prescription) before opening them. If you notice the brand, type, or prescription is wrong, contact them immediately.

You can return/exchange your unopened contact lens boxes within 30 days of your purchase date.

Please ensure that your contact lens boxes are unopened – which means, the product boxes (not the cardboard box that contains your order) themselves must be unmarked, unopened and undamaged.

Please accept their sincerest apologies if you received defective products. They try their very best to ensure all orders are fulfilled properly and keep their product quality high, but sometimes, unfortunate mistakes do happen.

They definitely want to make things right for you– please fill out their inquiry form and they’ll start a replacement process right away. Please do not dispose of your defective lenses as they will require images of the lenses (with the product box showing the barcode) to be able to send a return label to collect them. If you are eligible for a replacement, they will send the product to you, free of charge.
