LifePoints accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

If you want to update your membership information, please follow these steps:

• Login to https://www.lifepointspanel.com/login

• Click on the Account tab at the top right of the page

• Click on My Membership

• You can update Name, Address or Email Address

• Click Save

• Go to www. LifePointsPanel.com

• Click on Forgot Password

• Enter the email address you use with your membership

• You will receive an email, click the link in the email to reset your password

• Select a new password

• Login to your membership

Please remember password is case sensitive, meaning that it differentiates between capital and lower-case letters, so make sure that you are entering your password exactly as you receive it.

To ensure that you see lifepointspanel.com in the right language for you, you will need to clear your cache by following the steps below:

• Windows

Safari: SHIFT + reload button in your browser

All other major browsers: CTRL + F5

• Apple:

Safari: CMD + R

All other major browsers: CMD + SHIFT + R

To access and view these tickets, please follow the instructions below.

• Login to your member dashboard via our website

• Click on My Help Center

• Click on My Requests

With the Help Center, you are able to keep track of all the tickets you have sent into them. Each ticket you submit is assigned a Ticket Number to help you keep track of each inquiry.

This will show you all of the tickets you have submitted, provide you with the status of the inquiry and allow you to click on each one and read the correspondence between you and the Help Team.

• Log into your member dashboard

• Click on the Rewards tab at the top right of the page

• This page displays your: LifePoints balance, Option to Browse Rewards, LifePoints earned by participating in surveys

Please note: There is a slight delay of approximately 15 seconds for LPs to be credited to your LifePoints balance, once you complete surveys. You will see a circle rotating on the internet tab browser you are participating from, once it stops rotating, you will see your balance updated.
