Maryland Square accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card with United States billing addresses only. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via their secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

You may check your order status online anytime by visiting the order status page and entering your order number and billing zip code. If you have a website account with them you may also view your order status by signing in to your account and navigating to the order history page.

Look for the return form in your package. Complete the form, indicating why you are returning the item and if you prefer a refund or an exchange. Items must be unworn. A refund for returns will be made promptly upon receipt of the item. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. They do not accept COD and any item sent "Return to Sender" is not usually received.

If you have misplaced your return form, that's fine. Simply enclose a note in the return with your name, address, phone number, and a brief explanation. If the item was a gift, please include the name and address of the person who gave you the item if possible.

Depending on how your return is sent, it can take up to 10 business days for your package to be received and an additional 7-12 business days for refund processing. If you paid by credit card, refunds should be reflected on your card statement within one billing cycle from the time they process your refund.
