Standard ground shipping will arrive within 3-4 days after it ships from their Chicago warehouse. Typically, after it ships, orders shipping to the west coast will take 4 days to arrive with standard ground shipping; and orders to the east coast will arrive in 2-3 days.
They accept change-of-mind returns within 15 days of receipt if the item has not been opened from its sealed bag. A return label will be issued and once received back to their warehouse, a refund will be issued to the account it was purchased from, less all shipping costs. They do not reimburse shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
They offer exchanges and refunds for any defective items within 30 days of purchase. These terms honor issues caused by manufacturing defects only and not those caused by unintended use or normal wear and tear past the length of this warranty.
