They offer 3 and 5-year protection coverage on all products through Mulberry. The warranty coverage will include the following for all Moon Pod products: Stains, rips & tears, burn & heat marks, seam separation, broken zippers & buttons, online claims filing, and 24/7 Mulberry customer support.
If Mulberry has determined that there is significant damage to your product, Mulberry will repair or replace the product or will reimburse you for the product (minus any claims already paid out).
