North & Main accepts all major VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover Card and PayPal.
Currently, they ship to Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States. Duties & fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, international orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions or free return shipping.
Your order will ship within 3-4 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. For expedited shipping please select express shipping at checkout.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact their shipping department immediately. They usually process all orders within 1 day, and once your order is processed, they will be unable to make any changes to it.
There are two ways to contact them for your return(s): you can fill out their “request a return” form on their website, or you can email us for a (free) prepaid label for full-price merchandise. Make sure your items meet their return requirements before shipping them back to them.
Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days once they receive your package. *Please note that this may be delayed during holidays or warehouse sales. You will be notified of the amount of your store credit via email at the email address you listed on your account as soon as your return is processed.
