On-Fight offer several payment methods to facilitate your purchases, some of which depend on the country of invoicing.

At step 4 of the checkout process, all available payment methods will be displayed.

On-Fight main payment methods are

Once your order has been validated, you will be redirected to the confirmation page of the On-Fight site with the message "Thank you for your order.". At this point, they will send you a confirmation email containing all the details of your order, including the shipping date (bottom of the email).

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to initiate a return procedure.

Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging with its label intact. Buyers are asked not to remove the labels or soil the items.

If, for any reason, the original packaging is no longer available and you wish to return an item, please contact them immediately for further instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. No refund will be made. However, if one of the products concerned by the return is non-compliant or defective and subject to validation by our customer service department, you will be reimbursed for the return by means of a prepaid label.

All refunds are made within a maximum of 30 working days from the receipt of the return.
