If you wish to exchange it for a different size, please fill out the enclosed return slip and send it back to them with your return. If possible, you will receive your exchange request within a few days. The original invoice applies, including the intended use for your transfer. If an exchange is not possible, you will immediately receive your credit and you will be informed. PETER KAISER cannot give a price reduction for damaged goods, but take them back. Please send them back to them free of charge as described above. An exchange of goods bought online in local shops is excluded.

If something does not fit, does not like or is damaged, you generally have the option of sending this item back to them within 14 days of delivery. PETER KAISER ask for your understanding that they cannot provide any reimbursement for damage that you are responsible for. This means that the goods must be in a condition that corresponds to normal use for testing the goods (like trying on them in the shop). In addition, the goods must still be provided with all of the original labels. Returns that are obviously used (wear and tear, signs of dirt and use) and can therefore no longer be sold will not be accepted.
