SV Moscow only accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused items with their original and SVMoscow tags. Footwear & accessories must be returned in its original boxes. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be damaged in any way.
SV Moscow does not accept returns for jewelry, underwear, swimwear, and perfume.
SV Moscow will not accept returned items that do not follow the terms and conditions of the return policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at his/her own cost. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 10 business days of the reception of the item at the SV Moscow warehouse.
Please, contact SV Moscow at first by email or phone prior to shipping the items, if you want to authorize a return. After shipping the return please send SV Moscow the tracking number, as they are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Use that voucher at checkout when your cart total is over $3,000 to take 10% off your order. In that case, do not expect an automatic site wide discount; pay the listed price or look for individual sale items. Under $3,000, buying selected sale items: if you are buying items that are part of the selected products marked down in the up to 30% off sale, the sale price applies. For example, if a jacket you want is included at 30% off, that sale reduction will lower the price regardless of the voucher. The 10% off voucher cannot be used unless your cart exceeds $3,000.
$3,000 or more: if your cart total is over $3,000, use the 10% off voucher at checkout. It takes 10% off the purchase after you meet the $3,000 minimum. That will typically give the largest single order saving unless a larger percent is applied to every item by the sale and also meets or exceeds the voucher saving for the same items.
Shopping a mix of sale and full price items: if your cart contains both selected sale items and full price items and the entire cart exceeds $3,000, the voucher requires the $3,000 minimum and then takes 10% off. If the sale reductions already give a bigger cut on certain items, you will need to compare the final totals: the voucher reduces the whole order by 10% once the threshold is met, while the sale reduces only the selected items by up to 30%.
Choose the option that leaves you with the lower total. For a single large order over $3,000, the 10% off voucher at the top of this page is usually the best choice. For smaller purchases or when the items you want are on the selected up to 30% off sale, buy those sale items instead.
