Tristar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to delivery. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include system or typographical errors, fairness among customers where supplies are limited, or problems identified by their credit or fraud departments. They also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. They will contact you if additional information is required to accept an order. If the order is cancelled after they have processed the payment but prior to delivery, they will refund your payment.

To return the product, a return merchandise authorization number is required. If purchased directly from Tristar, the order number is the return authorization number. The order number can be found at www.customerstatus.com. If the product was purchased from an authorized retailer, first contact the retailer and ask about returning the purchase. If the retailer indicates that the product should be returned to Tristar, use "RETAIL" as your return authorization number. Include a copy of the Proof of Purchase. Replacements or refunds will not be issued without proof of purchase.
