You have the right to cancel your order by returning the product within 14 days of receiving the order. All the items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. Please pack the return products in their original packaging – to avoid creasing or damaging and include the filled-in return form so they have all the information to process your return as quickly as possible.

Please keep the shipping receipt you receive when you return the items until you received the full amount of money for the returned items. Without the receipt, they can’t refund products when they are lost in the mail. When they have received your return, they will send you a confirmation by e-mail.

Through their webshop items can only be returned not exchanged. If you wish to change the size, color or model, please return the product(s) and place a new order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve an item in the Reima webstore. If you want to exchange an item to another size or color, they recommend you to make a new order and return your original order to them. They will issue you a refund when your return is received into their warehouse.

Reima accepts payments with all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal payments.
