They all hate to wait in line at the US Post Office, so they made it super easy to return your Rocksbox! Whenever you're ready to refresh your set, simply:

• Put only the items that you don't wish to purchase in your Rocksbox.

• Place your Rocksbox in the reusable envelope it came in, apply the pre-paid return label that's included inside your box underneath the tissue and jewelry, and drop it at a USPS, USPS drop-off location, or request a free pickup via the QR code that is on the pre-paid return label.

You may cancel or put your Rocksbox membership on hold at any time! All you need to do is go to My Account > Account Details > Manage My Membership to request a hold or cancelation.

They are very sorry that happened! Don't worry, they won't be charged for the damaged/lost item, but please reach out to their Customer Service team right away and let them know what piece is damaged! They will ask you to return the damaged item along with the other items in your set that you don't wish to buy.

If you don't intend to continue with a monthly membership when the Gift membership ends, you must purchase or return your set within 7 days (don't worry they will send you an email reminder) of the expiration of your Gift membership or they will charge your account will be subject to an unreturned set fee of $250 (plus applicable taxes).

Please note that only paid memberships can be paused. Gift memberships can not be paused.
