Unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened / Used items can be returned for store credit within 30 days from the date of receipt. Gift cards are nonrefundable. Final Sale Items are non-returnable. Only regular-priced items can be refunded. All sample and trial kits are final sales. If you received a gift with purchase, and choose to make a return, the gift must be included with the return in order to receive a full refund. You will otherwise be charged the full retail value of the gift with purchase if you choose to keep it.

Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of goods, using the original method of payment for unused items and store credit for used items. Feel free to email them with the tracking info if it has been more than three business days and your tracking info shows that they have received the package.

They only replace items if they are defective or damaged. They require a picture of the damaged item sent to hello@safeandchic.com within 24 hours of receipt.

At this time, they do not have an exchange program. If you want to exchange an item, you will need to return it for a store credit. Once you receive your store credit you will be able to place a brand-new order for the replacement item(s).
