Once you have clicked “Place Order” your order automatically begins to process, making the purchase difficult to modify. However, you can call their Customer Service team at 877-435-7217. Scout will happily track the order in their warehouse to determine if changes can be made.
Unfortunately, if your order is placed after 4:30 pm EST, then they will not be able to make changes or cancel your order.
You will receive an automated email once your order has shipped. The email will contain the USPS or FedEx tracking number for your package. You can track your package on the USPS website at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input or on the FedEx website. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to register on either site.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date. All products must be returned in the same condition as when received: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached.

When shopping at Scout, you have several options to save, with the headline offer being the 20% Off Bags Orders Over $250 code. This code is best if you are planning a larger purchase of bags from the sale section. Compare it with the other discounts to ensure you get the biggest saving for your specific items.
For shoppers looking for a free gift with their order, Scout has a few options. If your cart totals over $75, you can receive Free Gifts With Orders Over $75. For a slightly higher spend, an order over $100 qualifies you for a free tote bag, with options including a Free Holiday Tote Bag With Orders Over $100, a Free Fall Tote With Orders Over $100, or the general Free Tote Orders Over $100.
If you are buying general products and not specifically bags, look at the quantity based deals. When you Buy 2 Products Get 10% Off, for example, on a $120 order combining two items, you would save $12. If you add a third item to make it a Buy 3 Products Get 20% Off deal, on a $150 order for three items, you would save $30.
Shoppers interested in specific bundles have good savings available. For the Original Deano Tote items, you can save more as you buy more. Buying two items gives you 10% off, three items yields 15% off, and four items provides 20% off. The biggest saving for these items is 30% Off When You Buy 6 Items from the Original Deano Tote Bundle. For example, if you buy six Original Deano Tote items totaling $240, you would save $72. If you are specifically looking for gift bags, buying four of them will get you 20% Off your gift bag purchase. For example, if you buy four $15 gift bags, for a total of $60, you would save $12.
For those focusing on bags, particularly from the sale sections, the available codes can provide significant savings. The 10% Off Bags Orders Over $150 code is a solid choice for medium sized bag purchases, saving you $16 on a $160 order. For larger purchases of sale bags, the 15% Off Bags Orders Over $200 code means you would save $31.50 on a $210 order. The top code for bags is the 20% Off Bags Orders Over $250 offer. If you spend $260 on sale bags, for instance, this code would save you $52. Keep in mind the 15% and 20% codes are specifically for sale bags, while the 10% off code does not mention this restriction.
You can also find Up to 50% Off Scout Sale and Up to 50% Off Warehouse Sale deals on a variety of items. These are direct price reductions, and some include "additional discounts on sale items", suggesting the potential for further savings if you are already buying items from the sale. The Up to 30% Off Bundles deal also applies to sale products, allowing you to bundle your favorite items and save up to 30%.
Looking at our records, Scout typically offers a mix of deals and codes. In the 12 months to October 2026, we saw 67 offers, with 66 being sales or deals and only 1 percentage code. The biggest percentage code we recorded was 30% off in November 2025, while the largest sale or deal offered up to 70% off in December 2025. October 2026, along with November 2025, showed noticeably more new offers than usual. Our team tested one Scout offer at checkout in the 12 months to October 2026.
When deciding which offer to use, calculate your total spend and the type of products in your cart. If buying specific Original Deano Tote items or general products, the bundle deals may provide the biggest discount automatically. For sale bags, compare the percentage code saving against any existing sale price. Always choose the offer that leaves you with the lowest total at checkout for your specific purchase.
