Depending on the status of your order, Alo Yoga may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, Alo Yoga recommends reaching out via phone or live chat for immediate assistance. If they are unable to cancel your order, they can always walk you through their easy returns process.

Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.

Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received. If you have requested an exchange, it will then be shipped to you with a new email for tracking. During the exchange process, you have the option for an instant exchange if you don't want to wait for the return to be received. A hold for the amount of the new item will be placed on your credit card and the new order will be processed immediately. As soon as your return is dropped off at the carrier, the hold will be released. You will have 21 days to ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 21 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of the item(s).

Alo Yoga will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
