Everyone’s body is different, and the benefits you may ‘feel’ (ease of bloating, more regular bowel movements) are often just the most visceral ones. Many people feel results in as little as 24-48 hours due to localized benefits like digestive health support. Other longer-term benefits like cardiovascular health and gut immune function may take longer, or you may not notice anything at all. That’s completely normal. As long as you continue your daily intake, those beneficial microbes are doing their work inside to program, sustain, and enhance your health.
Your monthly subscription includes a 30-day supply of DS-01. Your first month’s shipment is your Welcome Kit. It includes a reusable glass jar holding your first month’s supply, some Seed reading materials, and a complimentary travel vial that holds a week’s worth of your DS-01, so you never miss a day on the go.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order. They’ll refund you for the full cost of the product less shipping, VAT, or duties—no questions asked.

Seed Health is running several promo codes and a sale on select bundles, with the headline offer being 15% off your first order. This code applies to new customers on their initial purchase and gives you a straightforward discount on any of Seed Health's clinically validated probiotics.
For your first order. If you are a new customer placing your first order on the Seed Health website, the code for 15% off your first order is your best option. This code works on any products you choose and gives you an immediate saving.
For a first month subscription. If you are signing up for a subscription and want to maximize your saving on the first shipment, compare the two first order codes. The 15% off 1st month supply code also gives 15% off, but it applies only to your first month of the subscription. Both codes offer the same percentage discount; choose whichever fits your shopping plan. Note that Seed Health does not allow these codes to stack with any other discount codes, so you cannot use them together.
For selected bundles. Seed Health currently has 25% off selected bundles with no code required; the discount is applied automatically to eligible products and shown at checkout. This deal saves more than the 15% codes if you are buying one of the discounted bundles, regardless of whether you are a new customer. On a $100 bundle, for example, you save $25 instead of $15. Check the product pages to see which bundles are included.
For newsletter subscribers. If you do not yet have a Seed Health account or prefer not to use a code, signing up to the newsletter may qualify you for additional special offers and promotions later on.
To choose between the offers that apply to your basket, calculate your total saving under each option. If you are buying a discounted bundle as a new customer, 25% off selected bundles saves more than the 15% first order code, so start there. If you are buying other products or a non selected bundle, use the first order code. For subscriptions, use the 15% off 1st month supply code if that matches your needs; otherwise the general first order code applies to your whole basket.
