Before purchasing your reservation, carefully review your travel itinerary including departure and return dates and times. If your travel itinerary changes, this will not affect the amount you paid online to reserve your transportation. Your reservation receipt covers the transportation you chose for your pick up and/or return trip. If your travel itinerary changes you must contact them make the necessary changes.

The reservation fees collected online through ShuttleFinder are fully refundable any time up to 24 hours before your pick up time. If there is a change in your travel dates or times, please contact them for a refund.

To book a reservation, simply put in your desired pick-up and drop-off address as well as the date you want your shuttle. The earlier you book your reservation, the more options you’ll have to choose from. Reservations are paid in full.

Your airport pick-up location will be dependant on the specific shuttle provider you reserve. Some providers designate their location as the ticket counter, others use a curbside greeting or have a specific pick-up location.

A shared van is typically the cheapest shuttle, an ideal option for the budget traveller who doesn’t mind waiting a bit longer to get to their destination.
