All items sold by SourceBMX are covered by the relevant manufacturers' warranties. These vary from brand to brand and product to product and are dealt with on a case by case basis. To make a warranty enquiry please use the contact form, using the "I believe my item is faulty" Subject and one of their staff members will contact you to resolve the issue. When emailing please remember to include as much information as possible. Note that attaching photos of the fault will speed up the process.

If you need to change an item or cancel an order with SourceBMX, please contact them by phone, Contact Us form or live chat as soon as possible. They will get on this as an urgent matter and get your order amended. If your order has already shipped they will advise of the next steps for you to return the items to them for an exchange/refund.
