STM Goods ships within the country only.
They strive to ship your products as soon as humanly possible. Generally speaking, orders received before 1:00 PM, Monday-Friday (PST) will be shipped that same day. If an order qualifies for Free Shipping, shipping times may vary from 3-10 business days domestically and longer if shipped internationally. STM Goods is not responsible for packages after they have shipped and left their warehouse. Overnight orders processed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
If you wish to cancel an order you placed online, please call them right away at 858-391-0061. They can cancel orders if they have not been processed through their system. Once an order has been processed they are unable to cancel the order. If you are unable to cancel your order, please refer to their returns page.
You must submit a return within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in new/unused condition in the original packaging.
