Yes, as long as your order has not begun processing, you can cancel your order online from your Order History page or change your order by calling our Customer Service Representatives.
If the packaging of the product you ordered looks damaged enough that you could assume the product is also damaged, refuse delivery before the carrier leaves. The carrier will alert them and they will contact you about getting a replacement shipped. It is much easier to refuse shipment to try and return a damaged product later.
