TakeMeTour accepts any major credit card and you can make a payment directly on their website. The payment is securely processed by a world-class system, Omise. You may also make a payment through PayPal.
It depends on the conditions of each ticket. For some tickets, you will receive an e-ticket/voucher within 15 minutes after completing the payment. For other tickets, you might need to wait for a confirmation email, which will be sent to you within 12 hours after completing the payment. Please kindly check the ticket conditions on each ticket detail page.
It depends on which airport (Suvarnabhumi Airport/BKK or Don Mueang Airport/DMK) you choose. Click this link for a pickup at Suvarnabhumi Airport and click this link for a pickup at Don Mueang Airport. On these pages, you will also find instructions on how to pick up and activate the SIM card.
Any refund request must be made no later than 2 days after the trip day. It has to be submitted together with a solid reason for refund or other proofs to support@takemetour.com
Please carefully go through the change and cancellation policy for bookings before submitting the cancellation form to them. The notice must also be given to your Local Expert before the trip date as soon as possible.
