Exchanges are permissible within 30 days and the customer is responsible for white glove delivery fees and shipping fees. If the product is defective and cannot be fixed, it will be replaced. Once an exchange has taken place it cannot be returned.
Please note, that if you cancel your order before your product ships, you will be charged a 3% cancellation fee - no exceptions. If you cancel your order & your product has already shipped, you will also be responsible for any shipping fees that are incurred.
