What is the The Ultimate Green Store damaged policy

Although infrequent, damage can occur in the shipping process. In the event your package appears to be damaged upon receipt, please refuse delivery and have the damage noted on your bill of lading. Once damaged packages are accepted, the purchaser will be responsible for all return charges except if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect.

The Ultimate Green Store will charge your credit card as soon as your order is placed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, The Ultimate Green Store will refund the purchase price for most products, less shipping and handling charges incurred, if the item is returned within 30 days of the purchase.
