According to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have the right to cancel most products purchased from them within 14 days of delivery. But they must be notified of your intention from email in 14 days after delivery, please email them at support@topiom.com to get the return address. Their Standard 14 day online return options apply to goods purchased for domestic use only. These options do not apply to equipment purchased for use by a business, commercial equipment, or any'special order’ items.

Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you were approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of 1~5 business days.

This limited warranty applies to the Product, and only for the Product, purchased from Topiom, including both products of orders placed directly and products of free trial orders. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or craftsmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The limited warranty periods commence to run on the date of order.

During the warranty period, Topiom, will review, repair or replace the Product or component at Topiom's discretion. The claimant must first notify Topiom without delay of the defects or damage caused under normal use and maintenance within the warranty period and receive a confirmation from Topiom.
