What is the payment method?
UntilGone.com accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Venmo, Discover Card, JCB, Diners Club and PayPal.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing of your UntilGone.com order. Once your order ships, you will get a shipment notification email from us with the package tracking number so you can follow its progress. You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days of your order’s processing.
My credit card was declined. What should I do?
If your credit card is declined while placing an order, it is your financial institution who has rejected the purchase. Please contact them for resolution and try placing your order again. Another solution is to open a PayPal account and use that when you place your order.
My order shows it has been delivered, but I didn’t get it. What should I do?
If your tracking number shows on the carrier’s website that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. Please verify the address that the order was shipped to by logging in to your UntilGone.com account. If your shipping address is correct, check around the delivery area for a safe place the carrier may have placed the package like nearby bushes, a back door, or garage. Check with family members, neighbours, a building manager, or others who may have accepted the package for you. If you still cannot locate your package, please open a customer support ticket within 30 days of delivery and they will begin an investigation at their warehouse.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address by logging in to your account page and clicking “Edit Account” on the left side. Please contact UntilGone.com friendly Customer Support Team immediately if you need to change the shipping address on an order that has already been placed. They will cancel your order so you can re-order with the correct address. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement and it will not always be possible to cancel the order.
How do I cancel my order?
A list of all your orders can be found on your UntilGone.com account page. There is a red “cancel” button next to any orders that are eligible to be cancelled. Once the red button disappears, your order can no longer be cancelled, as it has already been sent to the warehouse for fulfilment.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item or the wrong item altogether?
If your order is received damaged, broken/defective, or is the wrong item, UntilGone.com will be happy to help make the situation right. Please follow the steps below in order for the mishap to be corrected as quickly as possible:
* Contact UntilGone.com Customer Support team to report the problem within 21 days from your ship date, please include a description of the damage/defect/wrong item and photos of the product.
* Customer Support will provide an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return shipping label.
* Once they have registered your RMA and received your returned product, a replacement or a refund will be processed.
