You can order your URWAHN Bikes from them via various channels. They preferably recommend ordering via their configurator on their website, as it is directly connected to their ERP system and immediately transfers your order to production. You also have the option of instructing them via telephone, email, social media or through one of their Germany-wide partners.
URWAHN Bikes can be charged via the charging port above the bottom bracket using the included charger with a mains voltage of 230 volts. A complete charging process takes approx. 3 to 5 hours depending on the initial state and consumes an average of approx. 0.3 kWh. A charge level of 75% is reached after approx. 90 minutes.
