Your order will be processed automatically after receipt to ensure fast order processing. If you want to change or cancel your order afterwards, please send them an email or give them a call. Vivat customer service staff will check the processing status and then clarify how to proceed with you.

The availability of articles to a delivery address in Germany is automatically displayed on every article detail page and during the ordering process. So you can see at a glance whether the item you want is available immediately or when it will be ready for dispatch.

If your order contains deliverable and not yet deliverable items, you can choose between full and partial deliveries during the ordering process.

You will receive an automatic confirmation from them as soon as they have handed over the shipment to their shipping partner. Experience has shown that the particles reach their customers approx. 3 - 5 working days after dispatch.

Vivat will cover the costs of the return for you and will send you a return sticker by email. You can hand in the shipment free of charge at any post office or DHL parcel shop.
