Walgreens accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover branded debit/credit card, Visa Checkout, PayPal, or PayPal Credit (formally Bill Me Later).
How will I know when my Pre-Order product has shipped?
You will receive an email notification when your product ships that will include any available tracking information from the carrier.
Can I return contact lenses?
You may return contact lenses if:
* They sent the wrong lenses
* The lenses are damaged or defective
* You ordered an incorrect prescription.
They will accept returns of any unopened, unexpired, and undamaged boxes of in-stock contact lenses in the original packaging sold through Walgreens.com.
How do I apply promo code to my order?
Note the code that you want to use. After adding your item(s) to your cart, proceed to the checkout page. On the left side of the page, you will see a box labeled, Have a special promotion or coupon code? Enter your code and click Apply Code.
What is the difference between processing time and delivery time?
Processing time is the time from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the fulfillment center. Processing time is noted on the product description page. Delivery time is from when the product leaves the fulfillment center to when it arrives at its destination.
What is the Walgreens.com return policy?
Most products purchased from Walgreens.com may be returned either to a store or by mail within 30 days of purchase date and must be accompanied by the original receipt included with the shipment. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on all Walgreens brand products! If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion and they will refund the full price, including shipping.
If you wish to return an item classified as Hazmat, contact customer care at (877)250-5823 for return shipping instructions. Do not ship an item classified as Shipping-Restricted using the return shipping label.

How do I obtain an exchange or replacement for my damaged product?
If a product arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service directly by calling toll-free, 1-877-250-5823. The product(s) will be replaced at no additional charge.
How are shipping charges determined?
The shipping charge is based on the order’s size, weight, shipping method, and shipping address. In your cart, you will see the estimated shipping charge based on standard shipping to the contiguous U.S. You will see your actual shipping cost at checkout.
