What is the shipping policy?
At this time, they accept orders from international guests who are shipping to addresses in the U.S, Canada, APO, and FPO. They are unable to ship internationally but hope to offer this service soon.
What is the Damaged Items policy?
If you receive a web or catalogue order with an item that is damaged, missing a component, or in some other way defective, please contact Customer Service at 877-803-6890 before returning the product.

How will I get my birthday gift?
On or around your birthday, they’ll send you an email with a coupon for your surprise gift. You can redeem your birthday gift coupon in a Yankee Candle® Company Store or online at Yankee Candle.com (please note that standard shipping fees apply). You must be subscribed to receive their emails and have your birthday saved in your account in order to get your gift.
How do I purchase an E-Gift Card?
To purchase an E-Gift Card, please visit them online or call our catalogue sales department at 1-800-243-1776. The E-Gift Card will be delivered via email to your recipient within minutes or at a time of your choosing — up to 12 months out.
