After you place your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email. Bkr will send you another email when your order ships that include a tracking number, so you can keep track of just how soon your order will arrive.
Processing and shipping times may be delayed. Usually, orders for the contiguous 48 states submitted before 1 pm PT are processed and shipped the same day and shipping is guaranteed between 3-9 business days, not including weekends or holidays. While that’s still their best guidance, they can’t guarantee it for reasons beyond their control.
If you’re not in love with your mybkr.com purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days of purchase for a $5 return shipping fee. If you elect to take store credit for an exchange, they will waive the $5 fee. Bkr will process your return as soon as they receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and the $5 return shipping fee. Please note once they receive your package it may take up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account.
