[b] I received a catalogue with my order. Did it add to my cost for delivery?
No, the additional weight is not in your shipping cost. Shipping charges are calculated before the catalogue is added to the package.
I received my order, where is my invoice?
A Packing List is included inside their shipment so that you can quickly verify that your order is what it should be. You can get your Invoice here using your Order Number and Customer number. If you don't have your Order Number or Customer Number you can contact our Customer Service Phone: 800-752-8460 or Email.
Can I cancel or add an item to order while it is still processing?
Once an order has been placed online, the order cannot be modified through the web site. Please call Customer Service at 800-752-8460.
How can I return the item?
You can send us your item(s) by submitting a Returns / Request for Return Material Authorization (RMA). To submit an RMA request follow these steps:
- Sign In to your account.
- Go to your Order History.
- Find the Order # which contains the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click on Return / Request RMA
- Fill in the required information on the Returns / Request for Return Material Authorization (RMA) screen.
- Click the Submit button.
- Pack your item(s) for shipping.
- Write your RMA number clearly on the package.
