As a seller, you agree to ship sold items to the buyer within five business days. The seller is responsible for entering in a valid tracking number that confirms delivery to the correct address before getting paid. You can update the tracking here. After five business days, if a tracking number is not entered, the order will cancel. If you’re unable to ship the item within five business days, please send Geartrade an email. Geartrade are happy to reach out to the buyer and request an extension for you.

If you received an item that was misrepresented, please send Geartrade an email right away. Geartrade will mediate the return for you and make your life easier, they spare you the confusing process you might find on other marketplaces or classifieds. Geartrade have your back.

Geartrade allows returns if the item was misrepresented on the website, in size, color, or condition. If the item arrived damaged or not as described, you may return it. Once your item has been delivered, buyers have 72 hours to contact Geartrade to initiate a return.
