On-site pharmacy, delivery system, e-scripts, etc

GoForward offers a common pharmacy on-site with generic medications. Everything from heart medications, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, to medicine for asthma, allergies, flu, antibiotics, z-packs, etc. These items are included in the cost of membership typically for the first-fill.

Any recurring medications or other medications that they don’t carry onsite, your doctor can have sent to your local pharmacy or even sent to your doorstep at home. That prescription, when possible, would be coordinated through your insurance for things like prior authorizations should those be required. Additionally, all seasonal and travel vaccines and medications are included in the membership.

If you cancel your membership before your first Forward visit, they will provide you with a full refund. After the initial visit, however, there is a six-month membership commitment. You may cancel your membership at any time after the six month period, but they are unable to refund you for payments made before the cancellation. Refunds take 5-7 business days to be processed and reflected in your account.

GoForward is not an insurance plan ourselves, and most members couple their membership with some kind of health insurance. Many find that a lower premium High Deductible Plan pairs well or any tier of PPO. However, you're not required by us to have insurance and all the care we do under Primary Care and Wellness is included in the membership-- from all visits with your doctor, 24/7 access to your doctor and care team, at-home health data monitoring to even onsite medications, all vaccinations you may need and even EKG's and a Genetic Risk Assessment.
