GOL customers have five options for booking a seat:
- Via the website www.voegol.com.br, at the time of purchase or at the time of web check-in;
- By telephone at 0300 115 2121, at the Sales Center;
- At the airport self-service totems;
- At the GOL service desk at the airport, at check-in.
If you want to change a seat that has already been selected, go to the website www.voegol.com.br and access the Your flight option in the navigation bar to manage your reservation. It is also possible to use the GOL Online Service channel.
How can I change my flight or boarding date?
You can change and manage your reservations on the website www.voegol.com.br, accessing the Your flight option in the navigation bar. But be aware: depending on the rate chosen, administrative fees and fines may be charged for changes. If you prefer, change your ticket through the GOL Customer Service Center, on 0300 115 2121, upon payment of the service fee.
What should I do in case of a no-show for the flight?
If you do not show up for your flight, please contact our GOL Customer Service Center on 0300 115 2121 (local call cost). You can request the flight to be rescheduled, subject to the fare difference.
