Their customers must inspect the package for signs of tampering or physical damage before accepting delivery. Damaged in transit and shipping discrepancies must be reported to Groovy Computers within 24 hours. They ask their customers to take photos of the shipping box and contents and to retain the shipping box or packaging for review.

If the shipping discrepancy is reported after 24 hours, they reserve the right to not be held responsible as ownership and liability ends when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered. They will however do their best to assist you and may investigate your shipment with the carriers.
