They are not able to accept returns for wine damaged by weather or refund costs due to delays caused by storms, extreme temperatures, or impassable roads. They strongly advise you to evaluate the expected weather conditions before placing an order, so that the customer's wine arrives on time and in good condition.
They carefully package each order and hope it arrives safely; however, if a customer's shipment is damaged during transport or they feel it is flawed, please contact them immediately. Please include supporting photos of the damage so they can file a claim with the carrier.
