Smaller parcels will be sent via a small parcel carrier such as USPS or UPS or on occasion through our freight partner, depending on size. While a single bar stool may ship the small parcel, a larger, single armchair may ship freight.

Unless otherwise noted in the product description, in-stock items are delivered within 7 to 10 days of your order.

Expedited delivery currently is not offered via our website. However, if you would like to inquire about the cost of expediting an order or white glove delivery, please email them.

Industry West kindly ask their customers to open and inspect all product within fourteen (14) days of receipt. They will gladly accept returns provided you report any issues within this initial 2-week time frame. Full details of their warranty policy can be found here. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs, and there will be a 10% restocking fee once we have received the item(s).
