Orders for individual and full-size products can be returned directly through their Returns Portal. You will need your order number and zip code. Returns on subscribed orders will not cancel the subscription itself. Please contact their Customer Service Team for assistance with cancelling or adjusting your auto-shipment preferences.
To return kits, please contact their Customer Service Team by accessing their online chat feature, or by phone at 1-800-704-7551. Kits cannot be returned through the portal.
They will always do their best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow them 7 business days from the date their system received the returned products to process your refund. Upon receipt, they will credit your account for the price of the items returned. Refunds will be issued in the manner by which you originally paid.
