They can only accept tickets that have been purchased through their box office for cancellation if the organizer in question has officially canceled the event and has released the tickets for cancellation. Please use their ticket return form if it is certain that the event in question has been canceled and the organizer does not issue a voucher to replace your ticket or has promised to reimburse the tickets.
