Domestic orders are processed, packaged, and shipped within two business days. You will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number when the package has been sent. International orders will be processed and packed within two days and shipped within five days via USPS air. All domestic orders are shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation included. This shows us the exact time the package is delivered. If there is any problem with delivery, please get in touch with them. Keep in mind that Krudmart cannot be held responsible for lost packages shown as "delivered" as per this number.

You may return an item for exchange or refund within 14 days of the ship date (with pre-approval). The manufacturer's original tags must be intact and still attached to the garment. Returned items must be in original condition (with tags/unworn/unwashed). For more visit Krudmart return policy.
