Returns and exchanges must be started within 30 days of the delivery date. Please reach out to them, and they'll guide you through the process.
This is as long as the new product is at the same price point. To exchange your product, follow the return process above and let them know you’d like to exchange for a different item. If you’d like a product that’s at a different price, they ask that you return your item and then make a separate purchase on OMORPHO.
Their orders are processed by their fulfillment partner within 2-4 hours, so there’s a very short window where they can cancel or change an order before it’s shipped. Hopefully, they can catch it in time.
