Why is my Purple promo code not working?

There are several reasons why your Purple code might not be working:

• The Purple code you are using might have expired.
• You might be applying the Purple code to certain items that do not accept promo codes, like sale items.
• You have already used this same code when shopping before at Purple.
• You have not spent the minimum amount of money. Sometimes in order to apply a Purple code, you have to spend a certain amount of money, and that might be the case why the code is not working.
• You have taken the Purple code from an international deals site, which probably doesn't apply to Purple.

This is what Purple customers have to say about their products.

• Michael S. - “We previously tried the hybrid firm mattress and were not happy. I have sore hips and it only made them worse. We exchange it for a hybrid three and all the problems have gone away. This mattress still offers firm support but cradles your frame much better if you sleep on your side. Two thumbs up from me.”
• Michael J. - “With so many options on the market it was difficult to narrow the contenders to one. After a little research, we visited a Purple store and tried out their product. We've had our original Purple mattress for over a month but knew the first night we made the right decision. Great customer service from Phong at the Seattle U Village store.”
• Duane D. - “I purchased the new mattress when came home from heart surgery. I needed to sleep with both my head and feet elevated. Using pillows just caused me to slide down during the night. My children recommended the Purple Mattress and with the adjustable base my sleep has been very restful. The delivery was quick and the setup was done very professionally. The experience has been great.”

Purple's 10th Anniversary Sale brings up to $500 off selected mattresses, making it the main deal running right now. The sale runs through October 13, 2026 and stacks with other anniversary offers if you're buying a mattress and adjustable base together. Depending on what you're buying and how much you spend, a different offer may save you more money.

Buying a mattress alone. The up to $500 off selected mattresses deal is your best starting point. On a $3000 mattress, for example, you could save the full $500, bringing your cost to $2500. If the mattress you want is not on the sale list, check the up to $300 off mattresses sale instead, which applies to different selected products and may cover what you're after. The Restore Hybrid range starts at $2399, and Queen mattresses from $999 are also available, so compare the final price after any discount against the regular price to see which offer saves most.

Buying a mattress and adjustable base together. Stack the mattress discount with up to $200 off selected adjustable bases. On a $3000 mattress and $800 adjustable base, both on sale, you could save $500 on the mattress and $200 on the base, bringing your total from $3800 to $3100. Check that both items are listed as sale eligible before checkout.

Buying two or more selected products (not necessarily mattresses). The buy 2 selected products, get 10% off deal applies across the range. On a $500 cart of selected items, 10% off saves you $50, bringing it to $450. If one of those items is a mattress or adjustable base also on the anniversary sale, you get both discounts on that item. Compare this with the up to 25% off selected pillows, bedding and more deal, which covers smaller items like pillows and bedding but also includes some mattresses. A 25% saving on a $500 order of qualifying bedding items is $125, leaving you with $375, so the 25% deal saves more on those items if you qualify for the full percentage.

Buying a selected mattress for free pillows. The free pillows offer adds value to a mattress purchase but does not reduce the price. It works alongside the anniversary sale discounts, so you get the price saving and the free pillows if your mattress qualifies for both.

Purple ran 62 offers in the 12 months to October 2026, including a biggest anniversary sale up to 50% off in March 2026. Right now, the up to $500 mattress discount is the strongest anniversary saving available. Compare your basket total under each relevant offer and take whichever leaves the lower final price. When an offer's terms say an item is selected or on sale, check the product page before assuming it qualifies.
