reel accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover Card, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay.

A shipping confirmation email with full tracking details is sent out the day your order shipped, but if you're unable to find that, you can track your order right on their website.

To track your package, click on the widget at the bottom right of the screen and follow the instructions.

There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so - sometimes the order ends up at a neighbor or the shipping carriers come back the next day. If you still haven't received your order in 2 business days (or if your tracking link is stuck, missing, or simply doesn't look right), please contact them.

Using the tracking link or Shop app

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to a page to track your order; shipping typically takes anywhere from 2-7 business days after the order has been processed.

• Click the tracking number to be taken to the shipping carrier's tracking page.

• Download and track your package via the Shop App (iOS, Android) Please note: The Shop App does not show tracking information for certain local carriers; please refer to the actual tracking link from your shipping confirmation email in those cases

If your tracking link shows that your order has been delivered but you can't find it, please first double-check all the normal delivery locations around your house/apartment/building. If you're not sure how to find your tracking number, please check out this article.

For damaged orders, please include any pictures, a description of the damage, and your account email and they'll be happy to help you out!

Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, they're not able to accept returns. If you're unsatisfied with their toilet paper for any reason, or if you received a damaged product, please feel free to contact them. They recommend donating any product to a local shelter or to someone in need.

They do not issue refunds on large orders, or past 30 days after an order has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

Initial/first orders - refunds on orders are only eligible on each product once; orders with multiple boxes placed for the same product don't qualify for a full refund (eg, if you buy 2+ boxes of toilet paper as your first order, they will only refund for 1 box). If your first order is their 48-ct toilet paper product, you will only be refunded the 24-ct product price.
