Due to the perishable nature of the meals, orders already loaded on a delivery truck and/or in transit cannot be canceled or rerouted.

To cancel your order you must notify them by email only at Customer Service. All canceled orders are subject to a 15% administration fee. Orders already in the transit and/or fulfillment process cannot be canceled due to the perishable nature of the products. Request for refunds on gift certificates prior to their expiration date will be charged a 15% administration fee.

All refund requests must be submitted by email only. If you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase from Send a Meal, for any reason at all, they'll cheerfully replace your purchase or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
